With Christmas, New Year and other holidays coming soon, your desktop should be decorated to fit the festive mood. Of course, it wouldn’t be Loving Korean if every wallpaper didn’t have a hint of Koreanness in it.
Over the last few years I saved every ribbon that Kimchi Man sent with the packages from Korea. When I chose the red, green and golden ones, they made a perfect decoration for the holidays.
“새해 복 많이 받으세요! ” means “Happy New Year!” in Korean. If you keep this wallpaper on your desktop, you will surely memorize that expression. :)
Gwanghwamun is the main gate of a palace in Seoul, and is a symbol of Seoul’s long history as capital city. We gave it a bit of holiday cheer. Season’s greetings in red version:
